How do I open a wholesale account?
Contact our sales team at 973-689-9261 or through our contact form. We work with independent retailers, furniture stores, interior designers, and e-commerce sellers. There are no minimum account fees — just reach out and we'll get you set up.
What are the minimum order requirements?
We have low minimums to make it easy for retailers of all sizes. Contact our sales team for current minimum order details and volume pricing tiers.
How fast do orders ship?
Every SKU in our catalog is in stock at our warehouse in Easton, PA. Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, with clear availability shown before you order.
Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. We offer drop shipping for qualified wholesale accounts. Orders are shipped with plain packaging — no Well Woven branding — directly to your customers.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. Contact your sales rep to discuss returns on a case-by-case basis. Defective or damaged items are always replaced.
Are your rugs certified?
Yes. All Well Woven products are Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified (tested for harmful substances), CPSIA compliant for children's products, and meet applicable flammability standards.
Where do you ship?
We ship from our Easton, PA warehouse through parcel and LTL carriers. Delivery windows depend on destination, and expedited or special routing options are available through our team.
Can I get custom sizes or custom cuts?
Our broadloom and roll runner products can be cut to custom lengths. For custom area rug sizes, contact our team to discuss availability and lead times.
How do you manage sourcing and quality?
We work directly with trusted manufacturing partners across our supply network. Our rugs are power loomed, printed, and hand-loomed using quality materials, with fewer layers between production, quality control, and our Easton warehouse.
Do you protect dealer margins?
Yes. wwoven.com is a trade-only catalog. Your customers won't find wholesale pricing online. We protect dealer margins because your repeat business is our business.
